WELCOME TO THE FASTEST-GROWING CITY IN THE U.S.
Princeton, Texas, a thriving community in Collin County, has officially become the fastest-growing city in the United States. Recent U.S. Census Bureau data reveals a staggering 30.6% population increase between July 2023 and July 2024, pushing its population from approximately 28,000 to over 37,000 residents. This remarkable surge is largely attributed to its compelling affordability compared to other Dallas-area suburbs, its strategic access to the expansive Dallas-Fort Worth job market, and a welcoming, family-oriented environment supported by quality schools and growing recreational amenities.
